This week, we welcome a unique (our 1st ever!!) collaboration with a local ice cream parlour that creates traditional homemade ice cream for the past twelve (12) year.
Yes, you see it right. A cool 12.

We rarely create new kakigori flavors, because many cannot pass our standards.
Our rendition of this classic Japanese combination - Kinako Kuromitsu - comprises with nutty kinako cream sauce drizzled luxuriously within and on the top.
Finished off with a more-than-generous sprinkle of kinako powder.
Not to forget that companionship of Okinawa kuromitsu syrup on the side for that timeless pairing.

Vegan-based kuromitsu ice cream coated with homemade kuromitsu jellies and kinako powder produced by Tom's Palette and Matchaya truly.
Embed them within the kinako kuromitsu kakigori and every mouthful will be bursting with flavor. Double of it.

Authentic Italian ladyfingers dipped in homemade kinako cream layered beautifully with kinako powder with kuromitsu syrup.
Ample swirls of kinako kuromitsu soft serve follow suit and end that timelessness with brown sugar tea jellies.
Reinventing the norm, we created "Kina-mitsu".
