Roasty and smooth Genmaicha soft serve sprinkled with a touch of fragrant Arare and Genmaicha Warabi Mochi for that playful texture.

Next, we douse Kuromitsu atop of a light and fluffy Kuromitsu Espuma to cleanse your palate.

The finishing of homemade salted cookie crumbs will remind you of your childhood days.

Seasonal Genmaicha Kakigori

Japanese filtered ice blocks that are shaved finely at a precise angle and temperature.

Three layers of homemade Genmaicha kakigori cream sauce and hidden ingredients (who doesn't like mystery?) buried beneath a generous portion of Hokkaido Cream Espuma with a caress of crunchy Arare.

We build and layer our kakigori based on the concept - Odorokashi (an element of surprise build within).

Seasonal Genmaicha Warabi Mochi & Shiratama Plate

Soft, slightly chewy and melt-in-your-mouth Genmaicha Warabi Mochi with accompanying homemade Genmaicha sauce only because it's in season.

Paired beautifully with bouncy and contrasting Shiratama drenched in Kuromitsu and Kinako powder.
